How it works
What to expect, start to finish
On-Site Inspection and Estimate
We measure the roof, check the deck and the attic ventilation, and put the estimate in writing before any material is ordered. On older homes in the Heights and Montrose this step covers the roof and what is underneath it, because the second part is where the surprises live.
Panel and Color Selection
You choose the profile, gauge and finish. Metal panels come in a wide range of colors and we bring samples out so you can hold them against the brick in daylight rather than picking from a screen.
Tear-Off and Deck Preparation
Old roofing comes off, soft decking gets replaced, and high-temperature synthetic underlayment goes down. Ridge and soffit venting is corrected at this stage rather than after the panels are on and the access is gone.
Installation and Final Walkthrough
Panels are set with expansion clips, every valley and penetration is flashed, and then we walk the finished roof with you. Cleanup includes a magnet sweep of the driveway and yard before the crew leaves.
